OVERVIEW

Xiaomi's upcoming MI MAX smartphone featuring a 6.4-inch screen which will run on MIUI 8 interface based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The phone is already launched in China on May 8 2016. Xiaomi Global Vice President Hugo Barra on Wednesday tweeted that the company's Mi Max smartphone will be launched in India on 30 June 2016. Company has already launched MI Community in India from where fans can register for MI Max event.

MI Max has a 6.44-inch full-HD (1080x1920) 342 ppi IPS display which is company's largest phone yet. The phone has an all-metal body and will come in Dark Grey, Gold, and Silver colors. MI Max will come in three variants, first 32 GB internal storage coupled with3 GB ram powered by 1.8GHz hexa-core Snapdragon 650 processor priced at 15,000 approx, Second 32GB internal storage coupled with 3GB ram powered by 1.8GHz hexa-core Snapdragon 652 processor priced at 17,000 approx and third model will come with 128GB internal storage 4GB of RAM coupled with Snapdragon 652 processor.

Phone has 16 MP of rear shooter with an f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus(PDAF) and LED flash. Front camera comes with 5 MP camera and also with a 85-degree wide-angle view, and a f/2.0 aperture. Phone has dual sim functionality support 4G with VoLTE and has a giant battery of 4850mAh battery. It support hybrid sim tray. The dimensions of the phone are 173.1x88.3x7.5mm and weighs 203 grams.
